This position may report to multiple job sites including locations in Erie, Lafayette, Arvada and Henderson

Job description

Consistently inspect the community throughout the day to ensure all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter at all.

Ensure all common areas are safe, clean, and presentable for staff and residents and business partners.

Snow and ice removal from all assigned areas and apply ice melt when necessary.

Distribute notices and communication to residents as needed.

Consistently demonstrate quality customer service by making a positive first impression on customers and residents.

Pick up litter including pet waste and cigarette butts, from any exterior and common areas.

Clean parking lot areas including curbs, tagging inoperable, bearing expired plates, flat tires, on blocks, and / or not parked in assigned / designated spaces.

Maintain all trash areas to ensure that trash is properly disposed of and that the surrounding areas are neat and clean. Routinely inspects grounds for rodents, ants, flies, and other pests and takes action to exterminate them.

Ability to work alone and with a team in a professional and efficient manner

Assist Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Supervisor with repairs in units, as needed.

Paint/ maintain infrastructure such as walls or curbs.

Willing to perform any addition duties assigned by supervisor or manager.

Ability and willingness to work outside.
